Spread tables without summarisation or publication?

Is it possible to get any of the spread tables without having summarised or published a project?

In the non-PX schema there is reference to all the below, but my understanding is they are technically PX tables which require publication:

• ACTIVITYSPREAD
• EPSSPREAD
• PROJECTSPREAD
• RESOURCEASSIGNMENTSPREAD
• WBSSPREAD
• PLUS A FEW MORE

How would someone access spreads without having published/summarised? The example use case being project teams who don't use the publication/summarisation features, but we require their spread table data for use in OBIEE/Publisher.
