GoldenGate- Replcebadchar not working properly

Hi all,

Need your help,

Currently we are doing the upgrade the Goldengate from v11 to v19.

We are doing config in the NONSTOP (as Extractor) and Oracle DB-Windows (as Replicator)

in the Replicator we are adding the parameter REPLACEBADCHAR SPACE to handle junk character. but we can see that parameter cant work properly, we don't know why but the record that inserted to database still bring junk char.

and from the view report extractor, we find the info :

2023-09-11 13:26:06 INFO OGG-03010 Performing implicit conversion of column data from character set ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8.


2023-09-11 13:26:06 WARNING OGG-01800 Unable to rename file "I:\GOLDENGATE\ggserr.log" to "I:\GOLDENGATE\ggserr.log.1" (error 32, The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.).
