Save a file on web server

Hello,

I am trying to open a file from a task. In doc ID 1538291.1, it says to :

Place the file on the web server, example under the context root of the web server in which the file can be accessed with "http://<servername>:<port>/jde/Test.pdf"

We are not sure where we can find or create the folder jde. On the c$? d$?
