Ledger List of Values - How can I add ledgers in the LOV?

Hi

I notice I do not see the secondary ledgers are not part of the list of values in the Ledger field. For example, I click the approval limits and I do not see all the Ledgers especially the secondary ledgers. How can I add ledgers in the LOV?
