How to apply Patch 35580180: Oracle GoldenGate 19.20.0.0.230718 for Oracle 19c

Hi,

We have implemented Oracle GoldenGate 19.c (19.1.0.0.4) on RHEL 8.x

Recently some Nessus Vulnerability Report shows Vulnerabilty in GoldenGate and recommened to apply CPU 2023.

in CPU 2023 the patch mentioned in Patch 35580180: Oracle GoldenGate 19.20.0.0.230718 for Oracle 19c.

The readme file does not give steps to apply the patch.

This file is 171 MB so I think this is a full installation. Any guidance how to apply this patch is appreciated.
