Requisition Approve/Reject/Forward buttons missing

Hello,

We're using EBS Procurement on 12.2.8, and we have a user who has multiple requisitions in their queue, but they do not show up in the user's worklist. If the user checks the workflow hierarchy and tries to approve the requisition that way, there are no buttons to Approve/Reject/Forward, etc. The whole area in the upper right corner where those buttons usually are appear invisible.

I should add that this is only happening to one user out of thousands. This user recently switched roles and they were added to the correct PO/requisition purchasing hierarchy.

Any thoughts?
