Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi Team, I use ODA X8-2S, and using KVM and multiple DB system creation.

ODA software 19.10
DB & GI is version 19.10

Our intention , We plan to upgrade from ODA version 19.10 to 19.20 and DB , GI also upgrade from 19.10 to 19.20,

Do you have step by step for doing it. Any roll back option if we update fail?
