how to show QR code in BI publisher rtf template for Oracle EBS

Hi,

We are trying to use BI publisher to show QR code image for Oracle EBS R12 by using instream-foreign-object. Somehow, the image changed to unrecognizable format. Attached the original QR Code image and the output showing in BI Publisher report.

I'm using instream-foreign-object to show it.
