One of our user experience repeatable notifications while the shipment is ongoing. May I know if you have any idea how to stop the notifications for that specific shipment? User current settings in Contacts is COM_METHOD ID "EMAIL".
To clarify the situation here, user initially created the shipment, however there is incorrect process done that cause the shipment status with SH_ISSUE however, when user colleagues made a modification, the shipment turn process, success, since the package has been pick up by the Carrier, but since the shipment is currently on going the user who initially created the shipment receive multiple notification with same content details.
