How to create Batch Name Parameter so to available in LOV entries

Oracle R12.2.12

I am Trying to run Program: "Install Base - Counter Readings Open Interface" and could observed that Batch Name has No entries for List Of Values

Could you please help us understand more about this Batch Name Parameter?

What should be done so to have LOV entries for Batch Name Parameter?


Not sure But Just one attempt I tried to create Batch Name here In Install Base>Mass Update Page.

Tried to check if this newly created Batch Name i.e., "Test2" gets reflected in LOV but Its Failing .. perhaps this is not the correct way. pls advise..
