OLVM 4.4 Self Hosted in DWHD not work in FIPS Mode

HI,

I'm trying to perform a complete installation of OLVM Self Hosted. (4.4.10.7-1.0.25.el8) in FIPS mode.

Below is all the information relating to the host on which we are performing the installation:


- Oracle Linux Server release 8.8 (All updates have been installed)

- Linux kernel olvm-node1 5.15.0-104.119.4.2.el8uek.x86_64 #2 SMP Fri Aug 18 20:16:10 PDT 2023 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux


The installation fails after saturating the connection pool at the following task:


[ INFO ] TASK [ovirt.ovirt.hosted_engine_setup : Update target VM details at DB level]
