What is your business process for tracking remote jobs/positions?
Hello, in PeopleSoft HCM how does your organization track 1) remote positions and 2) employees in a remote work arrangement?
Do you use teleworker and remote worker modules? What are your definitions of teleworking/remote worker? Do you create a location of "remote" for your positions that will always be off-site?
How does this information get into the system, work together and get to payroll so that they can enter the correct tax location information, withholdings?
We are working on a project to document and streamline this process. I appreciate your help!
