How can we track component behaviors by data import via Component Interface

Hi,

We are using PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.45 with PT 8.60.04.

We have an issue with imported absence data triggering ECDs set to prior pay periods, and I'd like to know how we can trace the behavior to resolve the issue.

Most of our employees log their absences directly into Absence Management module, but there is one group of employees whose time and absences are initially logged into an application outside PeopleSoft, and we had built an interface process to import them to PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Absence Management. Once in a while, we've been experiencing some occasions of their ECDs got set way too back for no apparent reasons, which affected our payroll process significantly.
