custom PM failed to load in 23.8

Hi,

upgraded to 23.8 and custom PM is failing with below error. this works fine in another environment which is on 23.5. copied custom PM and siebjs files from working to non working environment but still same issue. any idea? some views with custom PM working fine.. this is the issue only for couple views with custom PM's.

appreciate your help.
