Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Manufacturing - JDE1 (MOSC)

E1 - ETO - Email 'E1-Req Approval Required 3426 O2' does not allow approval

Hello,

I have a ETO user that is used to approve a 'PO Requisition- O2' through his e-mail.

Since we installed R23, he does not have access to approve the requisition trough his e-mail anymore. He does not see the Row Exit 'Approve' anymore.

But he is able to approve an O2, when he loggs onto JDE and navigate through the Menus.

Do you know how I could fix it?
