How is JDE E1 9.2 Self-Service Time Entry Supporting California Time Keeping Requirements

Does JDE E1 9.2 Self-Service time entry offer any functionality to support California time keeping requirements for non-exempt employees? Such as the requirement to record stop and end times as well as meal breaks? Also, is there any functionality in JDE to record employee attestations for meal/work breaks and if the employee voluntarily declined breaks? Is anyone using native JDE? Customizations in JDE? Third party software integrated with JDE?

I see SAR 8928112  was entered in 2010 but nothing further.
