Upgrade to 12.2.12 and now receiving signal 11 error for budget upload for larger amount of records

Oracle EBS 12.2.12

Using the seeded program to upload budget amounts from the gl_budget_interface table. The program fires off but then errors out. In the log it says...

BUDG0037: Finding code combination ID for all the accounts.

{$GL_TOP - edited for path}/bin/GLBBSU

Program was terminated by signal 11

SR logged, however, we are getting no where. All suggested patches applied. Any suggestions?
