Hello ,

I have a question about patch 7.3.5.1.31.

If I need to apply 7.3.5.1.31 patch over 7.3.5.1.21 , do I need to do DB schema upgrade or DB upgrade.

The DB version is : 12.1.0.2.220118OJVMPSU
