What steps can be taken to enable Xstore Mobile (v19) to function when the primary database is not a

Hello,

We currently operate with two registers: Register 1 (the lead register with the primary database) and Register 2 (the non-lead register). Xstore Mobile server is installed on Register 2. In the event that Register 1 experiences a failure or goes offline, the desktop version of Register 2 continues to function without issues. However, when attempting to use the Xstore Mobile app on client devices, it encounters errors related to sequence data.

Is there a solution to address this problem and allow us to use Xstore Mobile even when the primary database is offline? Any assistance or suggestions regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.
