ODA X9-2HA (Bare-Metal) avaliable to Acronis OS Backup?

My customer request about ODA X9-2 HA (Bare-Metal) - want to install acronis to do an OS backup

Because the backup in ArcServe failed.

The reason for the failure was that ODA X9-2HA had an OS area configured with fake RAID. ArcServe does not support fake RAID backup

Does anyone know of a successful system backup of ODA X9-2HA S/W? I want to get a backup online
