How to run "ggsci" commands as non-oracle or non-root user

golden gate 19.1

installed under 'oradba' user and we can run the ggsci and run 'info all' and it'll show extracts running. If I set environment the same for another user account [let's call it 'bob' ] then when I log into ggsci and run 'info all' I don't get extract information. it seems like a permissions issue that the non-oradba user can't read a config file to know what to display, but I'm not seeing any errors. We don't have a CMDSEC file created, so running these commands should not be an issue in terms of security.
