Using Oracle EBS R12.2 with ERES configured and working in non-deferred mode using regular forms.

Does EBS have APIs to (i) create an E Signature Record using a third party system (APEX will be used) and to then (ii) Provide (Electronically sign) an E Signature to satisfy the created record?
