Oracle client patching deployment

Hello,

I am looking for best practices how to deploy oracle client patches (Oracle 19) to Windows desktops. Optionally, if it is not possible to deploy the patches, maybe it is possible to deploy the patched oracle clients?

I have searched the support as well as various communities with no result.

Does anybody have any experience with this?
