How can fix the error DCS-1001, when we try to clone ACFS database of Oracle database appliance

Good evening community,

We have an Oracle database appliance (ODA) with the product details below.

Platform: X9-2L

GI VERSION: 19.16.0.0.220719

Help: I am trying to clone an ACFS database but I keep getting the error below in the clone job description.

DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: {0}.null Recreate Controlfile script failed during execution.

Please we would appreciate any possible fix to this error.
