How to view the front end of fnd_flex_value_sets

Hello,

We are currently on 12.2.6 and I dont remember how I am able to view on the front-end(java screen) of fnd_flex_value_sets?

I have the description and name of the flex_value_set_name but it doesn't seem quite right. SQL developer shows more fields, while when I navigate to Application Developer -->Flexfield Values --> Value Set --> Query up the name --> not all the fields show up when compared to SQL Developer?

Im sure I am just missing one step and I just dont remember.
