Frequent "no out-bind bound" incidents
After upgrading to Oracle Enterprise Manager 13.5 (the version we use before was 13.4.0.10, currently we are on 13.5.0.16, the latest one), we started spammed with frequent "no out-bind bound" incidents for certain (3 out of 40, all 3 are physical standby) of our targets. The incidents were automatically cleared shortly after they occurred:
How can we get rid of this "no out-bind bound" incidents?
