Does any one have any SQL to select everything linked to a Service Request

For a given Service Request number does anyone that and then all the

tasks

SR notes and Task Notes

SR Links

SR related objects

Audit notes so everything from the log and notes

list of the attachments linked to the SR


I am trying to write this and using the internal keys to pull back the names linked to the keys stored on the SR for incident name, task names etc and just thought I wonder if someone has already done this.
