OMSCA Failure During 13.4 -> 13.5 Upgrade

Executing 13.5 upgrade on EM 13.4. Used silent mode with rsp to do install.

However, we set the ORACLE_INSTANCE_HOME_LOCATION to the same location as the 13.4 one (/u01/..../em13c/gc_inst) thinking it was asking for the existing one. When the OMSCA attempts to create the new one, it collides with the one that already exists, complaining that the 'user_projects' folder is not empty. Is there a config somewhere that will allow us to modify the above parameter to another location (i.e. /u01/..../em13c/gc_inst_135) and allow the OMSCA to proceed forward?
