Can the below patch directories be deleted safely? Our security team is asking for Log4j purposes

Windows 2019 application server

Our security team is asking if we can delete the folders / files under the below directories. They are being picked up on a Nessus scan but I don't want to just delete the files just in case there may be impacts to future patching:

- D:\Oracle\Middleware\oracle_common\OPatch\Patches\patchFiles\ 

- D:\Oracle\Middleware\ohs\.patch_storage\
