BYOC to Genesys PureCloud

Hello,

I have a question regarding a implementation to Genesys PureCloud in the cloud, specifically on BYOC implementation.

What I received from Genesys implementation support:

  • TLS authentication: only Server:
    • BYOC Cloud allows for server-side SIP TLS
  • Client TLS certificates:
    • there is no mutual TLS so there is no “client” certificate for the outbound calls (inbound to BYOC Cloud). In the case of a BYOC Cloud inbound call only the BYOC Cloud certificate is used.

What i understand here is that they don't ask for certificate from the SBC....but i guess i'm wrong...the TLS profile should contain an end entity certificate, right?
