Why same security settings works in PY but not in PD for same user?

Tool Release : 9.1.5.

We have the same row security configuration for the user on PY enviroment and PD enviroment to denied visualising a specific order type "OR".

when the user runs the P43008 in PY the security setted up works propperly and the interface don't display the "OR" registers but with the same configuration on PD enviroment all registers are shown.

We got the caches cleaned in both enviroment but in PD this configuration never applies.

I've tried to configure security on role level, user level, differents testing users and i never got the spected result

What can i do?
