Plans Description not showing based on effdt on tiles. Looks like PS delivered issue

Hi,

Plans Description not showing based on effdt on tiles. Below is OE opened for 01/01/2024 event.

Showing correctly below.

After selecting the plan its showing the old effdt row description.

Once we out of the page and going in its showing correct again.



Here is the plan table configuration:


Looks like this is PS delivered issue.

in 2023 plan name is different and 2024 plan name is different. If I change the description with old effdt it will impact any FSC events between now and end of the december.

Any suggestions to fix the issue are greatly appreciated.
