Can we create dependencies between assignment attributes?

Hi, our customer has requested that we establish dependencies between several attributes in employee assignments. For instance, when the Legal employer is 'x,' the location will be 'y,' and if the division is 'z', we should have a specific list of values for the Business Unit. We are using oracle fusion. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
