Sales Credit Allocation scenario

We are using on prem oracle ebs and on 12.2.10 version. We have been using OIC for over 5 years and things working well as our commission process is simple.

Well, we now have a different scenario. In a new business we acquired the need is slightly different. This business uses only agents and no salesreps. Agents are paid commission on the sales. The scenario we have is sometimes an agent will have to share the commission with other agent. This is because the ship to location may belong to another agent. In that scenario there will be an agreement how the total commission is shared between the agents.
