Errors after Full Package deployment on 64bit environment

JDE E1 9.2/9.2.7.3 64Bit

We are facing problem after full package deployment, we are getting following errors in JAS logs and not able to view any menu after login. we checked enterprise server name is correctly defined in data source and package entry is also available in F96511.

PackageLookUpService: Could not find attribute <31> in table F96511 for host <LOCAL>, port <6017>, pathcode <PY920>.

Failed to set package information, exception - java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Package name should not be null.
