Oracle 4600 SBC | How to remove video codecs from SDP

Good Day,

Hope someone can assist me please.

We would like to remove video codecs in the SDP for outgoing calls - I tried using HMR manipulation and applying to the specified sip interface to the out manip ID field but the codecs are not stripped for some reason. Is there any other config that is required that I may be missing for the manipulation to take effect? I used the below manip to delete video
