BI Publisher HTML tags not working

We were using OBIEE 11g before there we have added some HTML tags in BI Publisher datamodel , but after migrating to OAS 7 those HTML tags were not working

is there any parameter configuration to do this

Even in DV Console system setting I set this variable also.
