PCA Available Capacity on Compute Nodes

in Oracle Private Cloud Appliance (PCA) (MOSC) Question

Dear Gurus,

I have clarifications on the available OCPU for the PCA X9-2 after the reserve capacity . The reserve capacity is to ensure that rolling upgrades are possible but then dont we have fault domains . As of now available capacity for 6 nodes is about 300 OCPU but isn't this supposed to be higher .

Kindly could you clarify the calculation for this and if reserve capacity and fault domains are the same
