How to enable line.reason_code for Ship only or Bill Only line type order lines.

shall we enable Line.Reason_code for Sales order Ship Only/Bill only lines as my business wants to update reason code for ship only or Bill only lines.

if Yes, please provide some steps/guidance on the same.
