Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Has anyone Benefit Program change to change an existing a plan? I am having an issue where the Cost ID is different in the current Ben Program thank it is in the future? I am having an that issue and it is causing a 0089 Error. Events dated prior to our new effective date are in error.

For example:

Plan Type 10 Option Code 91, Option ID 91 has a Cost ID of 71 effective 4/1/2023

and

Plan Type 10 Option Code 91, Option ID 159 has a Cost ID of 131 effective 10/1/2023
