Why do Log Views need to be redone once migrated to PROD even though they are in the Config Package?

This is in Oracle Primavera Unifier version 23.8, but has happened in previous versions as well.


When migrating Log Views in Configuration, the destination environment does not update.

For example, if a new element is added to the Log Views>All Records in Development, and a configuration package that includes this Log View is migrated to Prod, the Log Views>All Records in Prod to does not contain that new element. We will have to manually add that element again.
