Does anyone know how to fix this error code in ship confirm?

Error code: The message is JBO-FND:::FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE:


Currently using Oracle Cloud and I am able to ship confirm, but I can ship confirm without capturing the tracking number in the packing unit Item field.
