Rule groups long run

MFP&RPAS - 16.0.2

This is a repeated question, but I still need some clarifications. Every Saturday, specific 3-4 rule groups are running longer than usual, while on other days, they perform fine. I'd like to understand the possibilities for this extended runtime and how to investigate it further. Are there any server-side performance considerations we should be aware of?
