AR - SLA - Orphan events and Transactions can't be account

Hello Gurus,

I need assistance for an issue I'm struggling with for days.

We are using EBS 12.2.5, with heavily customized SLA, and we are encountering an issue on production environment that never occurred on UAT or sandbox :

We have lots of transactions, both manual or coming from an interface, for which accounting can't be created.

Create Accounting Program won't select them, and Online accounting will trigger an error message No accounting will be created for this document.

We once had the online accounting failing with a new document, with log displaying errors matching doc id 2847513.1, which led us to install patch 33490132 C
