Orchestator JD Edwards: This asset number does not exist in the Asset Master file (F1201)

I am trying to automate from Orchestrator the reception of an order but I get this error:

Error:

CAUSE: This asset number does not exist in the Asset Master file (F1201) or is invalid. \\SOLUTION: Re-enter the asset number or add the asset number to the Item Master file (F1021).

The account exists in that file and the account is well written with its spaces. Why am I getting this error?
