Unbilled Items with no balance

Oracle BRM 12

After BRM upgrade from 7.5PS20 to 12 the first billing of the accounts has created two bill and currently two bills are in progress.

There are duplicate items created on the first day of billing after BRM upgrade, which are not associated with any bill poid and that’s the reason they stay open and not getting moved to closure.

Issue seems to be with item type ‘/item/internet/usage’ and ‘/item/misc’
