Excel import - Decimal separator

Hello,

I am wondering which decimal separator set up E1 is taking when an user import an excel file?

The decimal separator in the user profile is ".", but the import is not using it.

Value in the excel file: 240.42990 (format as number with 5 decimals). It is an account number (import in P0911)

But once imported it gives this: 240,4299. And the cell is in error as invalid account number.
