How to open a Open enrollment for Bulk employees.

Good Morning,

We believe the open enrollment events did not open because of MSC and CNR events were open & prevented some of employees open enrollment events from opening. So my question is, how do you go back and get all of the closed open enrollment events to open in one step (is it possible to run a process in BAS? if so, what steps need to be taken to do so?)

How to open multiple employees with closed open enrollment events (due to Prog Elig Assign) in one step vs. manually "assign benefit program", opening event status, and hitting "prepare options"? having to open hundreds employees with closed Open enrollment events is very time consuming each year.
