Lookup missing in Report Status dropdown (iExpense)

Hi,

We are on Oracle 12.2.10.

We had updated an existing lookup in EXPENSE REPORT STATUS lookup form.

LOOKUP_CODE = UNUSED

Assigned our own 'Meaning' and 'Description' to Unused.

However, when we search for this lookup in the Expense Report search (front end) >Report Status, this does not show up in the list of values (under Report Status)

There are a few other codes that don't show up as well.

The code is 'Enabled'. If I do a backend query it shows up with the same settings as the rest of the codes that are visible.

On the Lookup form the Access level is set to 'System' for all codes.
