Any APIs available for MOS data extract?

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

We perform a quarterly review of MOS users, and currently the method to extract users to XLS is cumbersome to get the data to a usable format for review.

Are there any available APIs to retrieve data from with MOS? Or is there any roadmap for this functionality?

Additionally, is there any plan to support SSO similar to the cloud services?
